Having over 20 years of social work experience, I believe my knowledge and experience will help assist you to find the solutions you need to feel better and more settled in your unique circumstances. I enjoy working with individuals ages 13 and up. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life transitions. I use a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and existential therapy, along with other evidence-based approaches.
Equality matters, and as your therapist I view us as equals. We will work as a team on this journey every step of the way.
