My expertise lies in helping people realize and own their true potential. As a former school counselor, I’ve helped guide children through adolescence while collaborating with their families and educators to cope with major life adjustments, self-esteem, body image, familial relationship challenges, anxiety and depression.

I also specialize in helping women navigate motherhood. As a mother myself, I understand that the journey is not always joyous. I am passionate about supporting maternal mental health through every phase. Whether you are struggling with infertility, having a difficult pregnancy or struggling postpartum, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Come talk with me.

I believe that mental wellness looks and feels different for everyone. I work with children ages 8 and up as well as adults. I work with mothers facing parenting challenges at any age. In every case, my therapeutic approach is nonjudgmental and custom-tailored to your goals.
