I believe that every person deserves an opportunity to learn how to heal and invest in themselves. Beginning therapy can be an intimidating process that’s unique to everyone. While life is full of unexpected trials and tribulations, therapy can give you the tools to manage, learn, and grow from these challenges. My goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and heard throughout our sessions together. I am committed to accepting all of what you bring into the therapeutic space, welcoming all thoughts, feelings, and experiences that might be weighing on you during this time.

I work to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that provides you with compassion and support on your journey of growth. All individuals will be welcomed with empathy, respect, and kindness in this space. I enjoy working with children and adolescents, as well as adults, couples, and families. I want to help you throughout your feelings of anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, relational struggles, and life transitions. I use diverse methods including Play Therapy, Narrative, EFT, and SFT. I maintain a flexible, open-minded approach throughout the therapeutic process.
