Tyler L. Gray, LMHC-T, M.Ed

As humans, we are the experts in our lives and lived experiences. It is through that expertise, movement, a safe enough place, and occasional laughter that we hold the capability to heal our bodies, minds, and souls. I find myself grounded in Attachment-based, somatic, trauma-focused care working with ages 3-77+. Utilizing mindfulness throughout sessions as a play therapist, I believe that children communicate and heal through play; I include sensory work, sand tray, attachment-based play, and EMDR to assist children and their families.

I take a collaborative approach when working with children, teens, and adults. I have experience working with various people, but I am passionate about working with the following: Attachment Disorders, Adoption, Dissociative Disorders, PTSD, Chronic illness and pain, LGBTQ+ issues, Suicidality, and IPV.

I know that often, as either a parent or an individual, reaching out for help can be the hardest part. I strive to offer a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental environment to explore thoughts, emotions, and feelings. Through our time together, I hope to hold the space for you that you need to process life.
