They will help to streamline your processes whether you are hiring administrative staff for the first time, adding licensed mental health providers to your team, or even if you are jumping into the medication management side of the field and hiring a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
From start to finish, these checklists aim to help you to ensure all tasks are completed from the interview to payroll, onboarding, licensing, technology, supervision, and clinical training.

Each checklist purchase includes 3 hours of 1:1 consultation offered in 1-hour increments in order to answer all of your questions and tailor an approach to your practice’s unique needs and situation.
Additional consulting services are available as needed at an hourly rate. I’m looking forward to meeting you, getting to know you and your practice, and working with you to make your practice everything you dream it can be!
