  One of the first things I consider essential in therapy is transparency; in that light, I want you to know me a little before you read about me as a therapist. Before joining Insight Therapy Group, I received my master’s and PhD degrees at Mount Mercy University. I have two cats, spend time with my husband, and love to read. I also want you to know that I identify as a genderfluid gay person because I want you to feel as comfortable as possible with me before we start working together on your healing journey.

**Being a certified therapeutic game master means that I utilize games and gaming to help you create the change you want to see in yourself, whether that is through individual or group therapy.
