‍ ‍I prioritize individualizing the therapeutic process, so everyone receives a custom, comfortable experience tailored to your own needs and goals. The unique story you bring into this space will be met with compassion, kindness, and open-minded perspectives. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions and challenges, emotion management, and more. While I have a primary focus in populations involving OCD, pre-teens/teens, and anxiety,  I am here to work with you to alleviate any mental health struggles you’re experiencing. Whatever your reasoning for beginning your therapeutic journey, I ensure a safe, gracious environment in my office as we work towards the goals, growth, and healing you’re seeking.

Life comes with many unexpected challenges and tribulations, I want to make sure the therapeutic process isn’t one of them! I operate from a largely Narrative model perspective, which means my therapeutic style involves an approach that is collaborative and separates you from the symptoms or thoughts you might be experiencing. Together, we will identify the symptoms and obstacles impacting your daily life and work to rewrite the narrative. I strive to ensure your needs and goals are being met as we work at whatever pace feels most comfortable to you throughout our sessions.

I understand that not only is the therapeutic process variable to each individual as a whole, but also from session-to-session. Some days, you might need to come in and vent about a recent conflict, cry about a newfound struggle, practice challenging and OCD compulsion, or attempt a grounding technique. What you bring into the room or seek each session might vary, but I always encourage you to come as you are. I hope you can leave each session feeling seen, heard, and liberated.

If you are ready to begin your therapeutic journey, please reach out to me so we can begin tailoring your experience to you.
