Therapy is meant to be a collaborative process in which the therapeutic relationship consists of mutual trust, respect, and openness. While I take an integrative approach to best suit your needs as my client, my interventions tend to be rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existentialism.

I find these approaches can assist you in exploring questions of meaning, purpose, and identity. I am here to help you feel empowered and heard through the therapeutic process. I highly value bringing a compassionate, non-judgmental presence, and a results-oriented mindset to each session we have. It is my goal to help you uncover what it is that is getting in your way and how you can move through it with clarity and resilience.
